Regan helped me get in the best shape of my life! I have trained with Regan the last two summers to improve my hockey performance. In that time, I have gone from a kid who did not see himself going very far in hockey, to a young man who not only has more confidence to pursue his hockey dreams, but one who now has the physical strength to help make those dreams a reality. Regan helped me become so much stronger and faster than I ever thought I could be. This resulted in me being invited to Junior A camps, a WHL camp and reaching my goal of making the U18AAA Calgary Royals team this past hockey season. Regan put together a comprehensive plan that covered several months during the off season so that I would be heading into camps and the regular hockey season in great shape. The workouts were tough, but fun and he always encouraged and supported me and my training partners … even when we had to pivot our training and our training locations during the pandemic. Whether it was the competitions between my training partners and I or just the conversations we all had with Regan about hockey, he always kept things light and fun. Having him come to cheer me on ahead of and during the season meant a lot. Looking forward to training more with Regan ! He is simply one of the best.

"My experience with Regan, from Revolution Conditioning and Health, was amazing. I had played Club basketball for a number of years and then in Dec, 2011, I was in a car accident where I fractured my back and tore all the ligaments in my upper back. I was out of all sports for an entire year. In my Grade 12 year I was able to begin playing basketball again but played the entire season in pain. In July of 2012 I was recruited to play for a post-secondary college and knew I needed to work on strengthening my back. I found Revolution Conditioning and Health online and Regan immediately said he could work with me and have me ready for fall basketball. "I have been training with Regan for the past 3 off seasons. My first year, I was coming off a season where I battled lower body injuries for the better part of the year. Regan created a training plan that not only allowed me to recover but also allowed me to get much stronger, faster and most importantly more durable and less likely to reinjure myself. My training greatly improved my performance on the ice. The following off season I came to Regan with a new challenge. To prepare me for making the jump from junior to college hockey. I had to get stronger and put on muscle mass as well as get faster and more explosive. Training with Regan this summer was incredibly helpful. He is a great trainer who possess a great deal of knowledge regarding training for all types of athletes in various sports. His focus on the fundamentals and techniques, in regards to speed, agility and strength, were incredibly helpful in building a solid personal fitness foundation. He was highly encouraging and motivational throughout each session. Regan used an innovative teaching style to push athletes, such as myself, to be stronger and faster in preparation for their individual sport. I contacted Regan to inquire about training sessions and to set up a plan to help me meet my fitness goals with limited time for preparation. "I am 63 years old and have worked with Regan for several years and as a result have improved my general fitness, strength, balance and flexibility. During that time Regan has been very diligent about watching my performance and changing my routines so that I am always challenged and never get into a rut. No one can stop aging but thanks to Regan's guidance I feel that I have slowed the its effects and can continue to enjoy an active life.Regan really came through for me last year when I ruptured my Achilles tendon. The emergency room doctor told me it was a life changing injury, put me in a cast, and sent me home. After I got over the shock I called Regan, he designed an exercise program to maintain my fitness when I was immobilized. Then, working with my doctor and physiotherapist, he designed a rehabilitation program that evolved over the year as my leg first healed then strengthened. The initial program was conservative to avoid any setbacks, then as strength returned to my leg, Regan slowly increased the challenge and introduced new exercises. One year later I am almost back to normal and feel no impediments from the injury. I was able to play competitive water polo after 9 months and to ski after 10 months."
